Our Project Management Team is actively involved in design and development meetings to assist with budget analysis, constructability, and lead-time tracking. We also engage key subcontractors in site surveys to better coordinate systems and field execution.
Our internal project management team is involved in all aspects of the project, from owner negotiations to budget and cost control. Our hands-on management approach keeps communication open and enables responsive support throughout the project lifecycle.
We hold weekly team meetings and owner progress meetings to review RFIs, submittals, scheduling, pending items, and potential change orders. Our goal is to complete every project on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with plans and specifications.
Upon mobilization, Night & Day Construction manages jobsite operations with a full-time superintendent supported by field labor. Together with Project Managers, the superintendent reviews quality, safety, and progress while updating schedules to reflect current conditions.
We coordinate closely with owner vendors and subcontractors from day one to align schedules, avoid conflicts, and support timely occupancy of functional spaces. Our team-oriented coordination process helps eliminate repeat work and unnecessary costs.
Expedient closeout is critical to project success. We manage punch list completion, final payments, as-builts, warranties, operations manuals, and commissioning using a comprehensive closeout matrix developed early in the project.
